What're we up to...?
Updated: Apr 27

It's the last month of our Winter programme! This month we have just 3 meetings including our AGM. We also have a fun in-house 'knockout' challenge, and the judging of our DPI and Print of the Year.
Our recorded meetings from February include a talk by Andrew Waller on Ladies Football. He shared with us some of his fantastic images and top tips on how to capture a range of action shots. This included what gear is useful, and how to keep warm and dry! Recordings are available to view here by members
Above is a fun image by Diana Betham, taken on a day out to Poltimore House.
Our March cover image is a beautiful silhouette by Martyn Sothcott: Santorini Sunrise
7th March: 'It's a Knockout'
This involves in-house judging of club member images. Each member provides up to 4 DPIs not seen before by the club. We'll be using a voting system where we whittle down to the eventual winner(s)!
14th March: Judging of DPI and Print of the Year
Pete Fry will be our judge for the evening. Pete is a very thoughtful and helpful judge and we look forward to hearing his comments.
21st March: AGM
Tonight is the AGM. This will be our first meet-up in person during the winter programme. We are delighted to be meeting at our new venue, Blindwell Gallery in Chivenor. Following the AGM we will have a chance to look at the prints that have been submitted by members this season and enjoy some refreshments.
